Joan Donham, PA-C
As a member of the SOSI hand team, Joan received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MSAP) from the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus.
She works with Dr. Patrick Johnston, helping patients with hand and elbow injuries. The team works closely to fully support patients and create individualized treatment plans to achieve the best outcome. Listening to patients and educating them about their bodies, injuries, and treatment options is paramount.
Joan moved to Steamboat in 1981 and has fully enjoyed all Steamboat has to offer over the years. Her longevity in the valley along with her own passion for mountain sports—every type of skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer—gives her a unique understanding of her patients’ priorities and concerns. Originally from Wyoming, she happily calls Steamboat home and enjoys being part of the SOSI team.
