Emily Hamlin is a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) with the Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, where she works closely with Dr. Tyson Sloan in Steamboat Springs. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MMSc-PA) from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. Emily is passionate about partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.
In her role, Emily collaborates with the healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at optimizing outcomes. She takes a conservative approach to care, focusing on non-surgical treatments to manage pain and symptoms before exploring surgical options. A strong advocate for patient education, Emily strives to empower her patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health.
Emily and her husband, Parker, moved to Steamboat Springs in 2024 and are enjoying all that the area has to offer. In her free time, she loves skiing, hiking, practicing yoga, and becoming more involved in the Steamboat community.
