Partnering with Middle Park Health in Grand County
Middle Park Health and Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute (SOSI) have partnered to expand access to high-quality orthopaedic care for the Grand County community. This collaboration strengthens both organizations’ ability to deliver comprehensive specialty care for a wide range of orthopaedic injuries and conditions. Services include treatment for sports injuries, bone and muscle trauma, total joint replacement, soft tissue repair, joint injections, and chronic conditions such as arthritis and back pain. Serveral of SOSI's orthopaedic surgeons will provide care at Middle Park Health’s Granby and Kremmling locations, while also seeing patients at SOSI's own Fraser location, near Safeway.
Surgical procedures will be performed at Middle Park Health’s Granby Campus, home to the only surgical suite in Grand County.

Middle Park Health offers a full-service hospital, clinic and support services at our convenient Granby location. This facility serves the community with primary wellness and preventive care. The Granby location opened in 2012 to expand the reach of the original hospital and Level IV trauma center in Kremmling.
