Blake Poledna, ATC
Blake Poledna serves as both the DME Coordinator for SOSI and a Clinical Athletic Trainer for Dr. Jay Thompson. A Wyoming native, Blake has long valued rural medicine and an active outdoor lifestyle. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics/Science and Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming, then went on to complete a Master of Science in Athletic Training at the University of New Mexico.
Guided by his passion for learning and orthopedics, Blake pursued a one-year Athletic Training Residency in Orthopedics at St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho, before joining SOSI in 2025.
Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding, and staying involved with professional organizations such as NATA and ATPPS.
