Dr. Brian Siegel, Board-Certified in both Anesthesia and Pain Management, specializes in the areas of interventional pain management and regenerative medicine. Dr. Siegel offers patients minimally invasive treatment options to treat acute and chronic pain problems utilizing a variety of interventional treatments including but not limited to Epidural Injections; Diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks; Medial Branch Blocks; Facet Joint Injections; Sacroiliac joint injections; Radiofrequency Ablations; Kyphoplasty; and implantation of spinal cord stimulators. Dr. Siegel also offers regenerative medicine treatment options designed to create a healing environment within injured or painful areas in the spine and joints throughout the body.

“I enjoy determining the exact diagnosis, providing the correct treatment for various painful conditions, and seeing the improvements in my patients. I am grateful to be able to spend plenty of time with each patient learning about their condition, educating them about their pain and treating them the way they deserve to be treated. My years of experience have taught me what works best for each problem, and I will use whatever treatment technique works best for each person. My mission is to relieve people’s pain without pills so they can enjoy life to the fullest.”

Dr. Siegel attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), graduating in 1992, where he also completed his internship and residency in Anesthesia in 1996. He worked at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas before transitioning to private practice with Little Rock Anesthesia from 1997-2000. In 2000, Dr. Siegel successfully completed his pain management board certification and pursued the opportunity to move his practice to Yampa Valley Medical Center (now UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center) in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he has maintained his practice for over 20 years.
